Each session takes place online via Zoom in the comfort of your own home. We begin with a chat about how things have been going since your last session, then I guide you into a deeply relaxed state using breathing and visualisation techniques. In this relaxed state your unconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestion and new ways of thinking about food. You are aware throughout, you cannot be made to do or say anything you do not want to, and most people find the sessions deeply calming and enjoyable.
